Bid Day 2020 FAQ's
How Does this Work?
Once you have placed your order with us, you have nothing to worry about! On Bid day, we receive the bid list at the same time new members receive their bids. At this time we will begin filling each package in the order it was taken.
When will my package be delivered?
Your package will be delivered to the sorority house on the delivery day set by Panhellenic. The schedule has been posted on our home page under the bid day packages!
Can I come by the store to pick up my package?
Due to the volume of orders, we do not allow in-store pickups. All packages will be delivered to the sorority houses.
Can I order a custom package or add ons?
Unfortunately, due to restrictions because of Covid-19 and the inability to receive certain merchandise, we are unable to offer custom packages and add ons this year. We designed our packages so that each one is unique and can be easily combined. After Bid Day you can purchase individual items and create your own package on our website. We always offer free delivery to the sorority houses.
Can I still order a package?
YES! We will still accept Bid Day Package orders until we run out of merchandise. When this happens, you will be able to shop online for individual greek items or gift cards.
If I ordered online & put a shipping address, will my package still be delivered to the right sorority house?
Yes. All bid day packages will be delivered to the sorority house regardless of what shipping address was entered
What happens when my package is delivered?
Packages are delivered to the houses with a list and are signed for by a sorority officer or house mother. Once they have been delivered, it is up to the sorority to decide where to keep the packages in the house and to let the recipients know that they have a package.
Where is my personalized message?
Messages are located on the back of the name card stapled to the package.
What if my daughter didn't get a bid or dropped out?
If we do not see the recipient's name on the bid list, we will call you (the purchaser) to verify and process your refund.
My daughter received vouchers or the wrong item in her package!
As stated upon checkout, we will replace items that we run out of with vouchers or items of equal value. We accept returns/replacements of all items in the bid day package until September 30th, no receipt required. Please have your daughter come by the store to redeem a voucher or replace items and our associates will happily help her with picking out exactly what she wants!
